
Direct Marketing Analyst
Uline is seeking an experienced Direct Marketing Analyst to join our team and help us grow our business. As a Direct Marketing Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and programs to improve response and drive sales. Your analytical and technical skills will be called upon to analyze customer segmentation, develop and test campaigns, and provide support for the development of new marketing initiatives. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. To be successful as a Direct Marketing Analyst at Uline, you should have: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in direct marketing or a related field• Familiarity with analytics and campaign performance tracking• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to improve response and drive sales. • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify customer segmentation and optimize performance. • Develop and test campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements. • Provide support for the development of new marketing initiatives. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. • Track and report on marketing campaign performance. • Maintain and update marketing databases. • Remain up to date with industry trends and best practices. • Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
