Job Description

At Uline, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and managing customer accounts.The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role and demonstrate a proven track record of providing exemplary customer service. The ideal candidate will also have a customer-centric approach, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  3. Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
  4. Maintain a customer-oriented approach and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work well under pressure.
  6. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
  9. Stay up-to-date with relevant industry trends and customer service best practices.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for process improvements.
