
Customer Service Representative
At Uline, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our customer service team, this position will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a friendly and professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail, call center, or other customer-focused environment, and a strong ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries. They must also have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable with multitasking.If you are passionate about customer service and have the skills necessary to provide an outstanding customer experience, then this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
