1. Provide exceptional patient care by conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, and providing treatments as ordered by physicians.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
4. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing and maintaining medical equipment and supplies.
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with hospital standards.
7. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
