- Oversee Daily Operations: The primary responsibility of the Supvr Supply Chain Operations will be to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our supply chain. This includes managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure Efficiency: The Supvr Supply Chain Operations will be responsible for ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes implementing and monitoring processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Manage Team: This role will involve managing a team of supply chain staff, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing support and guidance. The Supvr Supply Chain Operations will be responsible for delegating tasks, setting goals, and monitoring performance to ensure that the team is meeting objectives.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: It will be the responsibility of the Supvr Supply Chain Operations to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that supplies and equipment are always available when needed. Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Inventory Management, Procurement, And Distribution.
Excellent Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Coordinate Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Familiarity With Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Supply Chain Operations, Such As Hipaa And Fda Guidelines.
