In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our supply chain department and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies to all areas of our organization.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the supply chain department and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes and increase efficiency.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment to maintain adequate stock levels.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for the procurement of supplies.
  5. Train and supervise supply chain staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure high-quality work and adherence to policies and procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of supplies to all areas of the organization.
  9. Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to enhance supply chain operations.
  11. Manage supply chain budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  12. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on supply chain operations and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  14. Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall quality of care provided to patients through efficient and effective supply chain management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Procurement, And Distribution.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.
