- Coordinate patient care: The Specialty Coord RN will be responsible for coordinating patient care by collaborating with healthcare team members, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all necessary treatments and interventions are carried out.
- Ensure quality and safety: The primary responsibility of the Specialty Coord RN is to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for our patients. This includes monitoring and assessing patient outcomes, identifying and resolving any potential issues, and implementing safety protocols.

- Provide support and guidance: In addition to coordinating patient care, the Specialty Coord RN will also provide support and guidance to patients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure they have a positive healthcare experience.
- Adhere to policies and procedures: The Specialty Coord RN will be expected to adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by UC Health, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and effective work environment.
- Continuously improve processes: The Specialty Coord RN will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the department and making suggestions
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Current Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Nursing Role, Preferably In A Specialty Area.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Specialty-Specific Procedures And Treatments, As Well As Current Evidence-Based Practices And Guidelines.
