  1. Develop and implement long-term strategies and plans for the maintenance, improvement, and expansion of UCHealth facilities.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of all UCHealth facilities, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and meet all regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage and lead a team of facility managers, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure efficient and effective operation of all facilities.
  4. Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and in accordance with organizational goals and priorities.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address facility needs and develop solutions to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate facility operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes related to facility management, safety, and environmental standards.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the highest quality of services and materials are provided at the best value.
  9. Implement and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to proactively address potential issues and ensure the longevity of facilities and equipment.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facility management and share knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Serve as a role model and mentor to team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  12. Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and patients, to ensure alignment and understanding of facility management goals and priorities.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall mission and goals of UCHealth.
  14. Represent UCHealth in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting the organization's values and commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Large Teams And Complex Projects.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Building Systems, Equipment Maintenance, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Stakeholders And Departments Within The Organization.
