- Provide exceptional patient care by utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge of best practices.
- Monitor and assess patient status, including vital signs, medication administration, and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and disease management.
- Assist in the discharge planning process and coordinate with other healthcare facilities as needed.
- Serve as a patient advocate and ensure their needs and preferences are met.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on current healthcare practices and attend required trainings and continuing education opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Current Rn License In Good Standing With The State Board Of Nursing.
Bls And Acls Certification.
Strong Critical Thinking And Decision-Making Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Hospital Setting, Preferably In An Acute Care Or Short Stay Unit.
Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
