1. Provide exceptional patient care by utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge of best practices.
2. Monitor and assess patient status, including vital signs, medication administration, and response to treatment.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
8. Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
9. Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and disease management.
10. Assist in the discharge planning process and coordinate with other healthcare facilities as needed.
11. Serve as a patient advocate and ensure their needs and preferences are met.
12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
13. Stay updated on current healthcare practices and attend required trainings and continuing education opportunities.
14. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
