- Lead and manage a team of nurses in the Interventional Radiology department.
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Oversee the daily operations of the department and ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- Train and mentor new nurses to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for their role.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing team and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in interventional radiology nursing and implement best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Previous Management Or Leadership Experience In A Healthcare Setting.
Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Rn Experience In Interventional Radiology.
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Interventional Radiology Procedures, Equipment, And Technology.
