- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and CT scans, in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the process.
- Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
- Operate radiography equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal image quality.
- Monitor patients during procedures and communicate any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of all procedures performed.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and contribute to treatment planning.
- Adhere to infection control and radiation safety guidelines to protect patients, staff, and self.
- Stay current with advancements in radiography technology and techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
- Contribute to the overall success of the department by actively participating in team meetings and offering suggestions for process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, such as assisting with procedures in other areas of the department or providing training to new technologists.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure compliance and patient confidentiality.

Current State Licensure As A Radiologic Technologist.
Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Facility.
Completion Of An Accredited Radiography Technology Program.
Knowledge Of Radiographic Techniques, Equipment, And Safety Protocols.
