Job Description

  1. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.

  7. Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely and accurate reporting to track project progress.
  8. Manage project resources, including budget, staff, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management capabilities.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
  11. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and achieve project goals.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
  13. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.
  14. Represent UC Health in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Delegate Tasks.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Best Practices, Such As Hipaa And Quality Improvement Initiatives.
