Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Or Related Field Is Required For The Position Of Physical Therapist I, Pelvic Health At Uc Health.
State Licensure: Applicants Must Possess A Valid State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist In The State Of Employment, Or Be Eligible To Obtain One.
Specialized Training In Pelvic Health: Candidates Should Have Completed Specialized Training In Pelvic Health And Have Experience In Treating Patients With Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In This Role As It Involves Working Closely With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Develop And Implement Treatment Plans.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: The Role Of A Physical Therapist I, Pelvic Health At Uc Health Requires Both Independent And Collaborative Work. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently As Part Of A Team And Also Demonstrate Strong Initiative And Problem-Solving Skills When Working Independently.
