  1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  2. Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
  4. Conduct medication reconciliation and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  5. Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
  6. Educate patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
  7. Participate in medication therapy management programs.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of new pharmacy protocols and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  10. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice.
  11. Keep up-to-date on new medications, therapies, and pharmacy trends.
  12. Actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds and provide input on medication-related issues.
  13. Work collaboratively with pharmacy team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
  14. Attend and actively participate in required trainings and meetings.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  17. Serve as a role model for pharmacy students and interns.
  18. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  19. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
  20. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited College Or University.

  • Completion Of A Post-Graduate Residency Program In Pharmacy Practice Or A Specialized Area Of Pharmacy.

  • Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Ohio.

  • Strong Attention To Detail, Analytical Thinking, And Problem-Solving Abilities.
