Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited College Or University.
Completion Of A Post-Graduate Residency Program In Pharmacy Practice Or A Specialized Area Of Pharmacy.
Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Ohio.
