  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients during their hospital stay.
  2. Assist with daily tasks and activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the nursing staff.
  4. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  6. Collaborate with the nursing and medical staff to ensure the best possible care for patients.
  7. Assist with patient transportation within the hospital.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  9. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  10. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  12. Attend training and educational sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  14. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Current Bls (Basic Life Support) Certification

  • Completion Of A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Training Program

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Compassionate Care To Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds
