  1. Coordinate and maintain the staffing schedule for all healthcare personnel, including nurses, doctors, and support staff.
  2. Monitor and track employee availability, time off requests, and schedule changes.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to accurately forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
  4. Communicate with healthcare personnel regarding their schedules and any changes or updates.
  5. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including conducting interviews and completing necessary paperwork.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  7. Respond to staffing emergencies and make necessary adjustments to ensure adequate coverage.
  8. Monitor and track employee attendance and report any issues to management.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of staffing policies and procedures.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to all healthcare personnel, addressing any scheduling concerns or conflicts.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of staffing needs.
  14. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  15. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Healthcare Staffing Or Scheduling, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Proficient Computer Skills, Including Experience With Scheduling Software And Electronic Medical Records.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Staff In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Including Hipaa, And A Commitment To Maintaining Patient Privacy And Confidentiality.
