Your dedication to patient care and strong communication skills will be key in ensuring the best possible experience for our patients.To excel in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a current state certification as a nursing assistant. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting and a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.   1. Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients under the direct supervision of a nurse.
  2. Assist patients with basic tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse.
  4. Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
  5. Collect and transport specimens to the laboratory.
  6. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
  8. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
  9. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  10. Assist with stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  12. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  13. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and educational opportunities.
  14. Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  15. Remain up-to-date on medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
