  1. Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical services at UC Health's call center.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  3. Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient and timely care.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information.
  5. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for medical services.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure smooth and coordinated care.
  7. Act as an advocate for patients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  9. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
