As an MRI Technologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.   1. Perform MRI procedures on patients in a safe and efficient manner, following all established protocols.
  2. Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
  3. Monitor patients during procedures and provide emotional support as needed.
  4. Review patient medical history and discuss any contraindications with the radiologist.
  5. Communicate with patients to ensure understanding of the procedure and address any concerns.
  6. Position patients correctly for optimal imaging results and adjust imaging parameters as needed.
  7. Administer contrast agents as necessary and monitor patient reactions.
  8. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all procedures and patient information.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  11. Stay updated on new MRI technology and procedures to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  12. Assist with training and mentoring new MRI technologists.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Participate in quality assurance and quality control measures to ensure accurate and consistent imaging results.
  15. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification In Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Mri) Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Certification In Mri Technology From An Accredited Institution.

  • Experience In Operating Mri Equipment: Candidates With Prior Experience In Operating Mri Equipment And Performing Various Mri Procedures Will Be Preferred For The Position.

  • Understanding Of Safety Protocols: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Safety Protocols And Radiation Protection Measures Associated With Mri Technology.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Night-Shift Mri Technologist, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Position Requires The Candidate To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, Hence The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, And Work Efficiently Under Pressure.
