Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Medical Laboratory Science Is Essential For This Role, As It Involves Performing Complex Tests And Interpreting Results.

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls): This Certification Demonstrates Proficiency And Knowledge In The Field Of Laboratory Science, Ensuring That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Standards To Perform Specialized Testing.

  • Experience In Specialty Testing: Prior Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Specifically In The Area Of Specialty Testing, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Includes Knowledge And Proficiency In Performing And Interpreting Tests Related To Microbiology, Hematology, Immunology, And Molecular Biology.

  • Attention To Detail And Accuracy: As A Medical Lab Scientist, Precision And Accuracy Are Critical To Ensure The Reliability And Validity Of Test Results. Candidates Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Be Able To Follow Established Protocols And Procedures.
