Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution Is Required For The High Risk Ob Resource Nurse Position At Uchealth. This Ensures That The Nurse Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice.
Current Rn License In The State Of Colorado: The High Risk Ob Resource Nurse Must Hold A Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Colorado. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Legally Able To Practice Nursing In The State.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Ob Nursing: The Ideal Candidate For The High Risk Ob Resource Nurse Position Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Ob Nursing, With A Focus On High Risk Pregnancies. This Experience Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Manage Complex Cases.
Certification In Maternal Newborn Nursing: A Certification In Maternal Newborn Nursing, Such As The One Offered By The National Certification Corporation (Ncc), Is Preferred For The High Risk Ob Resource Nurse Position At Uchealth.
