- Collect and analyze patient medical history, family history, and genetic test results to determine appropriate counseling and testing recommendations.
- Communicate complex genetic information to patients and their families in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in genetic testing, research, and counseling techniques to provide the most accurate and relevant information to patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and counseling sessions.

Master's Degree In Genetic Counseling Or A Related Field From An Accredited Program.
Board Certification From The American Board Of Genetic Counseling (Abgc) Or The American Board Of Medical Genetics (Abmg).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Genetic Counseling, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Genetic Principles, Testing Methodologies, And Current Research In The Field.
Excellent Communication And Counseling Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Genetic Information To Patients And Their Families.
