- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare providers to UC Health.
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential recruitment sources and establish relationships with key healthcare organizations and institutions.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job fairs, social media, and online job boards, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate and finalize employment offers for selected candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment, including equal employment opportunity laws.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to inform recruitment strategies and stay competitive in the market.
- Represent UC Health at recruitment events and conferences to promote the organization and build a strong employer brand.
- Work closely with the human resources team to facilitate the onboarding process for new providers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and other departments, providing updates and recommendations for improving recruitment processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Provider Recruitment, Preferably In An Academic Medical Center Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Provider Recruitment Strategies, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Onboarding.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Providers And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Recruiting And Retaining High-Quality Providers In A Competitive Market.
