  1. Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their medical history, dietary needs, and health goals.
  2. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plan.
  3. Educate patients and their families about the importance of proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition science and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
  6. Provide guidance and support to patients with specialized dietary needs, such as those with food allergies, diabetes, or eating disorders.
  7. Conduct group nutrition education sessions for patients and their families to promote healthy eating habits and prevent chronic diseases.
  8. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and contribute expertise in nutrition care.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation of all nutrition interventions.
  10. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, as well as the organization's policies and procedures.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  12. Attend professional development opportunities, such as conferences and workshops, to enhance knowledge and skills in nutrition and dietetics.
  13. Serve as a resource and mentor to other healthcare professionals and students in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
  14. Uphold the organization's mission and values, and act as an ambassador for promoting healthy eating habits and improving the lives of others.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Active Registration And Licensure As A Registered Dietitian (Rd) With The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr).

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Dietitian In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Nutrition Therapy, Including The Ability To Assess, Diagnose, And Develop Treatment Plans For Patients With Various Medical Conditions.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team.
