  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize processes and ensure efficient delivery of goods and services throughout the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement and inventory management.
  4. Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and excess stock.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in supply chain management.
  7. Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods and services.
  9. Train and mentor team members on supply chain procedures and best practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to upper management on supply chain performance and improvements.
  12. Collaborate with finance department to develop and manage supply chain budgets.
  13. Perform data analysis and utilize supply chain software to track and forecast inventory levels and make informed decisions.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
  15. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management, Logistics, And Supply Chain Processes.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Epic.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
