Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Behavioral Health Conditions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams.
Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Adhere To Ethical Standards In All Interactions And Treatment Interventions.
