
Senior Case Manager
At UBI Banca, we are looking for a Senior Case Manager to join our experienced team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The Senior Case Manager will be a key player in our team, responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer service issues, and developing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer service issues and develop solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Monitor customer feedback and take action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Analyze customer service trends and recommend changes to improve customer experience.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate to management as needed.
