Markets and Investment Services - Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor regulations and laws related to markets and investments services to ensure compliance
2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and laws
3. Conduct internal audits to identify areas of compliance risk
4. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including regulators and external auditors
5. Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding compliance issues
6. Assist in the development of compliance training materials and programs
7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and suggest changes as necessary
8. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
9. Respond to enquiries from stakeholders regarding compliance matters
10. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues that arise
