Investment Banking Origination - Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities and create financial models.
2. Work closely with senior bankers to provide advice and support on transactions.
3. Assist in the origination, structuring and execution of investment banking transactions.
4. Prepare presentations and other documents for client meetings and pitches.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends and developments.
6. Develop relationships with clients and maintain an in-depth understanding of their needs.
7. Provide support in the generation of new business opportunities.
8. Manage client and internal communications, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of progress.
9. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Italian market and language.
