Internship- Business Analyst

We are excited to offer an Internship- Business Analyst position within UBI Banca. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work in an international banking environment, learning from experienced professionals. This position requires the ability to think critically and to analyze complex data.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field, with a strong academic record. Previous experience in business analysis, financial modeling, and/or database analysis is a plus. Additionally, strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential for this position. The successful applicant will have a natural ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with taking initiative and using creative solutions to tackle challenging tasks. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze complex data and business trends to make recommendations and provide solutions to improve business performance.
2. Develop financial models to evaluate the potential of business projects.
3. Construct and manage databases to provide data analysis and insight.
4. Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets to organize and document all aspects of the analysis.
5. Prepare reports to present to stakeholders.
6. Work independently and as part of a team to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
7. Exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions to challenges.
8. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and other parties.
9. Utilize Microsoft Office to effectively create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
