As a Health Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing health insurance claims and ensuring that they are processed correctly and paid in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our policyholders.The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

1. Review and process health insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely payments.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders.
3. Ensure that all claims are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Investigate and resolve any disputes that may arise from claims processing.
6. Participate in continuing education and training related to health insurance claims processing.
7. Provide feedback and recommendations to other team members and management to improve the efficiency of the claims processing system.
8. Respond promptly to inquiries from policyholders, providers, and other stakeholders.
