Functional Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Functional Analyst to join UBI Banca in an exciting and dynamic role. Working in the heart of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the functional performance of UBI Banca’s systems and processes. You will be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining the high levels of quality and efficiency expected by our clients.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in system design, analysis, and implementation. You should also possess strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, and be capable of translating complex technical concepts into easily-understood terms. In addition, you should have an excellent understanding of the banking industry, customer experience, and related processes.
