Job Description

Work in partnership with our Product and Design teams to conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user studies, interviews, ethnography, surveys, etc.) Plan, and implement practical research that meet partner objectives and needs Synthesize and communicate research findings to drive understanding and user insight across the organization. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. Collaborate with a diverse group of cross-functional product, design, engineer, and product marketing customers to align across and impact. Our Research Team informs and influences the most important product decisions with exceptional insights about people, technology, and services in our current and future world. As a UX Research Intern, you will conduct research, analyze real user behavior and work with Senior Product researchers, Designers, Product Managers

Job Qualifications

  • Must have at least one semester/quarter remaining - a graduation date between Summer 2023 - Fall 2023

  • 0-2 years of prior work experience in a research setting

  • Experience with remote usability testing tools, such as UserTesting or UserZoom

  • Experience and/or exposure to some Design skills, a plus

Compensation
