As the Treasury Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the efficient use of company funds.   1. Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize the company's cash flow and liquidity.
  2. Monitor and analyze daily cash positions and make recommendations for investment or borrowing decisions.
  3. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and ensure efficient cash management processes.
  4. Forecast and track cash flow and liquidity projections to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with various departments, including Accounting and Finance, to ensure accurate and timely cash flow reporting.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews of cash management processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cash management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and financial partners.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  10. Provide support and guidance to other finance team members on cash management and liquidity matters.
  11. Prepare and present cash management reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  12. Ensure efficient and timely execution of cash management transactions, including wire transfers, investments, and debt repayments.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on cash management and liquidity for the company, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess the company's cash management processes to proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks.
  15. Lead or participate in special projects related to cash management, as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Treasury Or Cash Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Cash Management Processes.

  • Proficiency In Using Treasury Management Systems And Financial Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Work Under Pressure.
