  1. Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies to attract top talent to Uber.
  2. Manage and nurture talent communities to create a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
  3. Create and promote a positive employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between employer brand messaging and company values.
  5. Utilize market research and data analysis to inform talent attraction and employer branding strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities, professional organizations, and diversity and inclusion groups, to enhance Uber's employer brand.
  7. Create and manage employer branding materials, including job descriptions, employee testimonials, and videos.
  8. Monitor and track the success of talent attraction and employer branding efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent attraction and employer branding to continuously improve Uber's strategies.
  10. Foster an inclusive and engaging candidate experience throughout the talent attraction process.
  11. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador for Uber, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates and external partners.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with current employees to encourage participation in employer branding efforts.
  14. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive employer brand reputation.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of Uber's business goals and objectives to align talent attraction and employer branding efforts.
