Job Description

Ensure the usability of our product and processes by monitoring and analyzing data populated from deliveries completed and failed. Design and implement processes to meet reliability and quality standards, incorporating market nuances. Advocate for and prioritize product features with regional and global teams. Liaise with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, Product, Community Operations, and Sales to establish best practice.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years work experience, including time spent in operational roles

  • Able to understand and balance the needs of external and internal stakeholders and find common grounds

  • Able to establish measurable goals and derive insights from data to inform action plans.

  • English and Mandarin Chinese Proficiency
