Welcome to Uber, a global leader in transportation technology. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our US&C Delivery team. As the Strategic Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our delivery operations in the United States and Canada. With your strategic mindset and strong leadership skills, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to optimize our delivery operations and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and optimize delivery operations in the United States and Canada for Uber.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
  3. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on operational initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.
  5. Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team, ensuring all team members are aligned and working towards the same goals.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors, to foster collaboration and drive operational success.
  7. Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities for the delivery operations.
  8. Develop and manage budgets and resources to support delivery operations and ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
  9. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to delivery operations.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development and growth within the organization.
  11. Represent Uber at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings to promote the company's delivery operations and build relationships with potential partners.
  12. Collaborate with other strategic operations managers across regions to share best practices and drive global operational excellence.
