  11. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Strategic Operations Management, Preferably In The Commercial Or Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Analytics Tools And Techniques, Including Data Mining, Predictive Modeling, And Data Visualization.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Growth And Making Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Operational Efficiency And Profitability.
