- Oversee the day-to-day operations of designated territories, including monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including drivers, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make strategic decisions to improve operations.
- Manage a team of operations staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team goals and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive initiatives and improve overall business performance.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in territories, working to quickly resolve them and minimize their impact on operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operations processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Communicate regularly with upper management, providing updates on territory performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Uber remains at the forefront of the transportation industry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Level Operations Management Role, Preferably In The Transportation Or Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Territory Or Region, Including Achieving Revenue And Growth Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Operations Professionals.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Data-Driven Approach To Decision Making.
Knowledge Of Local Market Trends, Regulations, And Competitive Landscape In The Assigned Territory.
