
Sr Staff HR Enterprise Architect
We are looking for an experienced, passionate Sr Staff HR Enterprise Architect to join the HR team at Uber. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide architecture strategy that will be used to guide the development of HR solutions. This position requires a highly analytical individual with exceptional problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who is able to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt quickly to changing requirements.The successful candidate must have: • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with 5+ of those years in an Enterprise Architect or equivalent role • In-depth knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices • Proven track record in building and deploying systems and process solutions • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to identify and solve complex problems • Experience in leading complex projects with cross-disciplinary teams • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to think strategically and develop solutions that are aligned with organizational goals If you possess the required qualifications and have a passion for HR technology solutions, we would love to hear from you.
