  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process and attract top talent.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  4. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
  6. Lead the development and implementation of training programs for hiring managers and recruiters.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and actively incorporate them into the recruitment process.
  9. Create and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies.
  13. Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects related to talent acquisition and process optimization.
  14. Represent the company at recruitment events and develop relationships with potential candidates.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes and provide guidance and support to the team as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition Process: A Sr Program Manager For Ta Process Optimization At Uber Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Talent Acquisition Process In A Fast-Paced And Rapidly Growing Organization. They Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Optimizing Recruitment Processes, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Identify Areas For Improvement In The Talent Acquisition Process. They Should Have Experience In Utilizing Data And Metrics To Drive Decision-Making And Optimize Recruitment Strategies.

  • Project Management Experience: The Sr Program Manager Should Have Experience In Leading Large-Scale Projects And Initiatives Related To Talent Acquisition. They Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Prioritize Tasks, And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Requires Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, And Hr Business Partners. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Build Strong Working Relationships And Influence Stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Sr Program Manager For Ta Process Optimization Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement. They Should Have The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems, And Drive Innovation And Change Within The Organization.
