  1. Develop and implement quality strategies and standards for Uber's global mobility services.
  2. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met throughout the customer journey.
  5. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to improve the overall quality of Uber's services.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess and improve the effectiveness of quality programs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance Uber's quality standards.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to drive quality improvements.
  9. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of quality awareness and adherence.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality initiatives and progress.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks to quality and develop contingency plans.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and foster a customer-centric mindset within the team.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality processes into all aspects of the business.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on quality management and provide guidance to team members as needed.
  15. Represent Uber in industry events and conferences to showcase our commitment to quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Program Management: A Sr. Program Manager For Global Mobility Quality Strategy At Uber Should Possess A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Global Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mobility Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Mobility Industry, Including Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Develop And Implement Effective Quality Strategies For Uber's Global Mobility Programs.

  • Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Sr. Program Manager At Uber, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Ideas And Strategies In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires The Candidate To Think Strategically And Proactively Identify Potential Issues And Roadblocks In The Global Mobility Quality Program. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Develop Innovative Solutions And Drive Continuous Improvement.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: A Sr. Program Manager Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Mentoring Team Members.
