We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Uber. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global mobility quality strategy for our company.   1. Develop and execute the global mobility quality strategy for the company.
  2. Ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in global mobility operations.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align program objectives with overall company goals.
  7. Communicate program updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Manage program budget and resources effectively.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program success.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in program management.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program team.
  13. Act as a key point of contact for escalations and resolutions related to program issues.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive program success.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to global mobility.
  16. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure program success.
  17. Conduct regular program reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
  18. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the program team.
  19. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  20. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Global Mobility: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Global Mobility, Preferably With A Focus On Quality Strategy. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Mobility Policies, Processes, And Compliance Regulations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: A Sr. Program Manager, Global Mobility Quality Strategy Must Possess Exceptional Project Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Lead Cross-Functional Teams, Set Clear Project Goals, And Manage Timelines And Budgets Effectively.

  • Analytical And Strategic Thinking: This Role Requires A Candidate With Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify And Address Complex Mobility Issues, Develop Innovative Solutions, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Influence And Negotiate Effectively To Drive Successful Outcomes.

  • Experience With Compliance And Risk Management: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Compliance And Risk Management In The Global Mobility Space. They Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Policies And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Local Laws And Regulations.
