- Provide exceptional service and support to customers by handling complex claims efficiently and effectively.
- Use strong analytical skills to investigate and evaluate claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Communicate with customers and other stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Train and mentor junior claims advocates on best practices and company policies.

- Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on claims status, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry developments.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize workload to meet company and customer needs.
- Uphold a positive and professional company image at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Claims Management, Preferably In A High-Volume Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Claims Issues.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
