
Social Marketing Lead, US/C Delivery Marketing
In this role, you'll be charged with developing and leading our social media strategy, vision and go-to-market execution for Uber Eats. Responsible for Uber Eats social media activity helping to breathe social-first thinking into everything we do across US/C. Create impactful social activity that leads to an improvement in brand favorability and trust. Partner with internal & agency teams to execute integrated social activity for brand and product campaigns, helping the brand to break through and shape culture. Establish an ownable social strategy and editorial approach that delivers beats of always-relevant social content aligned with our marketing objectives. Manage our Eats editorial calendar to ensure consistency across key markets. Translate global strategies into locally relevant campaigns and content. Manage agency partners to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and activations.
5+ years experience leading social media channels and working on creative and innovative social media campaigns.
Deep understanding of how brands should use social to show up authentically.
Experience managing relationships with external and internal agencies/design teams to brief and manage original content.
Deep understanding of how paid and organic content and strategies work together.
