  1. Develop and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs with the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using ServiceNow HRSD.
  4. Train and support HR team members on how to effectively use the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  5. Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD platform to align with the company's HR policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow HRSD.
  8. Work with external vendors to integrate additional tools and applications into the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of ServiceNow HRSD and provide guidance to team members as needed.
  11. Participate in testing and implementation of new features and updates to the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  12. Ensure data integrity and security within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks in the HR processes.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team and across departments.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize HR processes using ServiceNow HRSD.
  17. Maintain documentation and user guides for the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  18. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in ServiceNow HRSD.
  19. Act as a brand ambassador for Uber, promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow Hr Service Delivery (Hrsd) Platform.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
