Uber is looking for a talented Service Team Analyst to join our team!As a Service Team Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our riders and drivers while troubleshooting and resolving their inquiries. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Uber riders and drivers, troubleshoot and resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  2. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer inquiries.
  3. Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
  5. Stay up-to-date on Uber’s products, services, and policies.
  6. Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions to any customer service issues.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved satisfactorily.
  9. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with Uber’s customer service standards and policies.
