- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and expansion of Uber for Business' corporate travel and expense management solutions.
- Utilize strong operational knowledge and understanding of the business landscape to identify potential opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators and provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with product teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and new features to meet the needs of corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and progress towards goals.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges and propose solutions to ensure successful execution of strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Uber for Business team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Operations Or Consulting, Preferably In The Technology Or Transportation Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis, Including Proficiency In Excel And Sql.
Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Cross-Functional Projects And Collaborating With Various Teams.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
