- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for Uber.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient candidate assessments to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
- Advise and guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting top candidates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to stay competitive in the job market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters.
- Meet recruitment goals and targets set by the company.
- Represent Uber at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Recruiting For The Insurance Industry, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of The Insurance Industry And Current Market Trends, Including Knowledge Of Various Insurance Products And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling High-Volume And Specialized Roles Within The Insurance Sector.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Experience With Utilizing Various Recruiting Tools And Techniques, Including Social Media, Job Boards, And Recruitment Events, To Attract Top Talent In The Insurance Industry.
