  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of Uber's conversational AI initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for utilizing AI and natural language processing to enhance user experience.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of talented individuals to drive innovation and develop cutting-edge technologies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of conversational AI across various platforms.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends related to conversational AI.
  6. Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of various conversational AI projects.
  7. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or challenges that may arise during the development process.
  8. Communicate project progress, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on conversational AI, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance Uber's conversational AI capabilities.
  12. Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation to continuously improve and evolve Uber's conversational AI offerings.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  15. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven Experience Managing Large-Scale Conversational Ai Projects: A Senior Program Manager At Uber Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience Managing Projects Related To Conversational Ai. This Includes Expertise In Implementing Chatbots, Voice Assistants, And Other Ai-Powered Communication Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Natural Language Processing (Nlp) And Machine Learning (Ml): As A Senior Program Manager, It Is Crucial To Have A Deep Understanding Of Nlp And Ml Technologies To Effectively Plan And Oversee Conversational Ai Projects. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Nlp Algorithms, Data Modeling, And Training Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: Being A Senior Role, The Program Manager Must Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And External Partners. They Must Also Be Able To Lead Meetings, Present Project Updates, And Manage Expectations.

  • Project Management Certification And Experience: A Senior Program Manager At Uber Should Have A Project Management Certification Such As Pmp Or Prince2, Along With A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget. They Should Be Well-Versed In Project Management Methodologies And Tools.
